Chaoyang Yu is the senior analyst for DARKATEAM. With many years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has refined his impressive analyst skills set in evaluating, analyzing, and scaling a variety of commercial real estate (CRE) assets that include office; multifamily; retail; mixed-use; industrial; and hospitality-based assets. His expertise is highlighted in his work. He provides highly detailed analysis and reports of commercial real estate sites and generate returns of investment of properties on every market level. Bi-lingual and highly educated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with two master’s degrees in Real Estates and Quantitative Risk Analysis and Management make Mr. Yu an integral part of the team. Mr. Yu’s analyst skills are the core of the DARKATEAM’s Research and Development Department.

Mr. Yu’s hunger for learning has led him to become a proud holder of numerous degrees. As a proud graduate of Nanchang University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly after he obtained his bachelor’s degree, he continued his education abroad. He now holds a master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate as well as a master’s degree in Quantitative Risk Analysis & Management from Georgia State University.

Mr. Yu is experienced in working with a wide variety of the asset class types and has been part of various development and transactional projects with a combined value of five hundred million dollars. With his experience, education, and cultural background he has helped DARKATEAM to navigate the complex and diverse world of commercial real estate.

Mr. Yu was born and raised in Tianjin, China and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia in USA.
