With her background in Structural Engineering, Claudia worked as a structural engineer in private industry in Romania, Australia, and the U.S. For the past 14 years, she worked as a structural Engineer with Gwinnett County Planning and Development. Claudia holds a license with International Council Code (ICC) as a Certified Plan Reviewer, a license in Safety Assessment Program (Cal OES), and Georgia Real Estate License.
Claudia also holds a Master’s in Applied Statistics (and a Green Belt certification), and she used to teach Statistics at Georgia Gwinnett College for several years. Working in the Real Este industry for many years and teaching Statistics at the College Claudia developed a keen sense of curtail facts and technics as required to minimize construction costs, and address risk and regulatory issues.
Utilizing her experience in structural engineering, plan review, and statistics, Claudia brings a unique approach to commercial real estate, capable of analyzing the market and assessing extensive research on land and other commercial real estate assets.
She magically helps real estate owners, investors, and developers to navigate through the whole project life cycle from locating the property, zoning research, and plan review to the final closing date.
Claudia was born and raised in Romania. She moved to Australia for a few years and then to the United States. Currently, she lives in Sugar Hill, GA
