Darka has advised many investors, operators, and equity providers on pricing, positioning and selling assets throughout Atlanta CRE Market. This experience has enabled Darka to emerge as an expert within the various asset classes, agreements, and market indicators.

With her extensive background in the tax and accounting industry, she can execute and manage all types of count-driven sales transactions with great efficiency and integrity. Utilizing her experience in commercial real estate, Darka brings a unique perspective to the marketing of all types of transactions on local and international commercial real estate investment markets.
